<p>　　美國(guó)有線電視新聞網(wǎng)(CNN)在評(píng)價(jià)奧巴馬內(nèi)閣人選的時(shí)候，用了“歷史性的快速”來形容其組閣速度之快。報(bào)道稱，起碼在最近幾屆的美國(guó)總統(tǒng)中，除了老布什當(dāng)選后幾天就任命心腹出任國(guó)務(wù)卿，克林頓和小布什都是等到12月才宣布第一個(gè)內(nèi)閣人選。</p> <p>　　為什么奧巴馬行動(dòng)得這么快？分析認(rèn)為，主要原因還是在奧巴馬面臨的嚴(yán)峻經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)。此外，他本人政治經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足，也影響著對(duì)內(nèi)閣成員的選擇。</p> <p>　　<strong>顯示改變經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)決心</strong></p>
