　　萬(wàn)喆認(rèn)為，美國(guó)希望通過(guò)關(guān)稅壁壘，加上所謂的一些產(chǎn)業(yè)補(bǔ)貼和技術(shù)封鎖，形成一個(gè)以美國(guó)為中心、以盟友為依附、使競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手被邊緣化的等級(jí)森嚴(yán)的全球秩序和結(jié)構(gòu)。

　　她指出，美國(guó)的“關(guān)稅大棒”首先會(huì)加高美國(guó)的通脹。這意味著，每個(gè)家庭每年可能要多出1000到2000美元的額外支出來(lái)應(yīng)付關(guān)稅，極大地加劇了中等收入甚至是低收入家庭生活壓力，降低民眾獲得感。同時(shí)，這也可能導(dǎo)致美國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)衰退。(張東方)

　　She believed that the U.S. aims to establish a rigid, hierarchical global system centered around itself and supported by its allies, while trying to marginalize its competitors through tariffs, industrial subsidies, and technological blockades.

　　In her opinion, these tariffs will first and foremost fuel inflation in the U.S., potentially leading to an additional annual expenditure of $1,000 to $2,000 for each household. This financial burden is expected to affect middle- and especially low-income families.

　　Moreover, these measures could potentially push the U.S. economy into a recession, she said.
