150%"><p>　　中新網(wǎng)11月4日電　據(jù)京華時(shí)報(bào)報(bào)道，昨天，參與衛(wèi)生部關(guān)于“暫停手術(shù)戒毒”專家論證會(huì)的李勇杰博士就此事向媒體進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)說明。由于腦部戒毒手術(shù)需要摧毀人的神經(jīng)邊緣系統(tǒng)，而神經(jīng)邊緣系統(tǒng)掌管人的“食、色”等人性和欲望，因此戒毒同時(shí)是否會(huì)改變患者的人性，目前還無法在手術(shù)前進(jìn)行安全性評(píng)估。</p> <p>　　李勇杰博士目前在北京功能神經(jīng)外科研究所工作，他介紹說，從他所做的小白鼠試驗(yàn)?zāi)Ｐ蛠砜�，該手術(shù)模式可以起到一定的戒毒作用，但無法觀察以及判斷小白鼠其他生理機(jī)能是否受到影響。按照目前的科學(xué)水平來看，具有復(fù)雜功能的大腦是作為一個(gè)有機(jī)整體來工作的，那么多精神和行為障礙(如強(qiáng)迫癥等)，我們沒有辦法精確定位其在腦部的特定區(qū)域，因此開顱戒毒是否會(huì)造成其他影響還需要臨床研究。據(jù)他估計(jì)，下研究結(jié)論至少需要5年的時(shí)間。</p>
